The brief:
Aviva Investors is a global Asset management business dedicated to building and providing clients with focussed investment solutions. Aviva Investors is owned wholly by Aviva plc, the world's sixth-largest insurance group.
Our brief, to refurbish the main reception area on level 3 of No 1 Poultry. Aviva Investors (London), iconic HQ in the heart of the City of London. Ranne were commissioned with the design and build contract and tasked with providing a high specification build. The scope of works included a bespoke reception desk, new feature MF ceiling with revised lighting scheme, with extensive mechanical and electrical modifications.
The area was virtually returned to base build and then built up stage by stage over a 3 week project program.
