Project overview:
The brief:
28-30 Kirby Street was a tired 1960's building, competing with rejuvenated, redeveloped neighbouring properties. Our client, the building owner, tasked the Ranne team with developing a design for the reception and common parts, that would reflect the local competition.
Our challenge, to provide great design within a cost conscious budget.
The scope of works included textured wall panelling, new floor finishes, redecoration, re-colour / polish all joinery items, signage, new lighting and are fresh of five common part toilets.
