The brief:
Mantle is a Regional Commercial property developer & investor, operating in greater London, the south east and eastern England. Mantle required a breakout & facilities area for their flagship serviced offices in Hertfordshire.
Ranne were tasked to create a modern and functional space to showcase to potential new tenants. The brief was to create an area within their Thremhall Park building for team meetings, informal meetings and as a breakout. We therefore had to make sure that we specified the right furniture solution that had a combination of low soft seating as well as dining height seating and tables to create a multifunctional space.
